How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
Unopened media items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If a disc arrives damaged or warped, please contact our support team with photos to receive a replacement.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. They are scheduled to ship on or just before the official release date listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order is ready.
